    Unnecessary costs and losses during the generation of compressed air can be avoided efficiently only with electronic level-controlled condensate drains. The BEKOMAT condensate drain works with a capacitive sensor. The intelligent electronics prevent air leakage and minimise energy consumption. For this reason, the BEKOMAT – compared to devices with timed drain valves – often pays for itself within half a year.

BOGE Converter bluekat

Class 0 oil-free compressed air: safe and inexpensive

    • HIGH OPERATING SAFETY
      The system is designed to make downstream oil penetration and the resulting transfer of oil to the compressed air impossible thanks to an innovative catalyst system and the temperature and pellet combination in the vessel.
    • MAINTENANCE FRIENDLY
      Service life of 15,000 or 20,000 operating hours means maintenance is reduced to an absolute minimum. Because the converter does not require filtration subsequent element changes are eliminated.
    • VARIABLE VOLUME FLOW
      The converter can also be installed downstream of a frequency controlled machine or downstream of several fi xed speed machines: in this case, an optional variable flow module should be specified.
    • EFFICIENT
      The converter operates with an extremely low energy consumption level between 0.01 kWh/Nm³ to 0.005 kWh/Nm³. It utilizes energy more efficiently and is considerably more cost-effective than conventional treatment processes and technologies.

    The BOGE Converter guarantees, in terms of residual oil content, a permanent Class 0 compressed air quality rating in accordance with ISO 8573-1, as well as oil-free condensate. A catalyst converts the oil and active hydrocarbons in the compressed air into water and CO². In contrast to conventional filter systems like activated carbon, the air quality is constant. Additionally, unlike oil compressors, the compressed air quality is not dependent on the hydrocarbon content of the ambient air. The catalyst works independently of the temperature and humidity of the reprocessed compressed air.
