    Easy installation and no extra effort. The BOGE membrane dryer lowers the pressure dew point to between 20 and 55 Kelvin. Our membrane dryers barely need any extra space and require no other electrical connections. The cost of assembly is also minimal. Ideally, the BOGE membrane dryer should be installed between the compressor and the tank or as a terminal dryer.

    Clean compressed air. The BOGE DCZ activated carbon adsorber cleans compressed air reliably and efficiently to a residual oil content of just 0.003 mg/m³. As the post-filter is already mounted, you can connect the adsorber directly. The surface of the activated carbon binds existing oil aerosols and vapours, as well as odours, together in the compressed air. The pre-dried compressed air flows through the high-grade activated carbon in the tanks from top to bottom.

    Extremely dry air with the DAZ series adsorption dryers: Sometimes extremely dry air (i.e. lower than pressure dew point) is required, for example when control or process air applications are used in the food and beverage industries, as well as in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. This is made possible with an adsorption dryer with a pressure dew point of -40°C (-70°C optional). Take advantage of BOGE’s DAZ Series heatless adsorption dryer, which regenerates a partial stream of dry compressed air parallel to the adsorption of the desiccant.

    The DAV Series heat-regenerative adsorption dryer ensures dry air with a pressure dew point of -40°C or alternatively of -70°C. This is necessary, for example, in the electronics and food industries, but also in breweries, pharmacies or in frost-prone areas. In heat-regenerative adsorption dryers, almost no compressed air is lost through regeneration and re-cooling, as it is regenerated externally with the heated forced air passing through the desiccant. In this way, the BOGE DAV Series adsorption dryer is both energy-efficient and reliable.

Adsorption Dryers for Breathing Air

Reliable and efficient medical breathing air: the BOGE DASZ Series

    Do you want to efficiently and reliably create compressed air for the most delicate requirements? With the processing units of the DASZ-P Series, you can create breathing air for both industrial and medical purposes. In two chambers, the compressed air is passed through the drier after the pressure swing adsorption has removed any pollutants. Also thanks to the integrated filters plus the detergent and catalyst, the resultant breathing air meets, among other criteria, the standards of the Pharmacopée Européenne.

    With the BOGE DACZ series, we have combined a cold-regenerated DAZ adsorption dryer with a DCZ activated carbon adsorber. In addition to the pressure dew point of -40°C (-70°C optional) this allows you to limit the residual oil content of the compressed air to 0.003mg/m³.

Oil-Water Separators

Gravity separation is a thing of the past

    • NO LIMITATION
      Traditional gravity separation of oil and water is overburdened as modern fully synthetic oils in particular, which are increasingly used in compressors, tend to emulsify in condensate. The BOGE CC-2 accommodates this with all compressor oils.
    • NO WORDS
      To assess the condition of the filter, the new oil-water separators from BOGE have two indicator displays - one per tower. The display in the first tower indicates when the filter element is saturated.
    • NO LONG BREAKS
      Downtime is always unproductive so it is good if this can be limited. The BOGE CC-2 works with ergonomically divided filter units, which weigh less in their saturated condition and can therefore be removed more quickly.
    • WITH MAXIMUM CAUTION
      An electronic alarm contact is also available as an option from model CC 5-2 onwards, and this releases automatically when the filter is saturated. This alarm contact can easily be integrated into a higher-level control.

    All oil-lubricated compressors produce condensate, which has to be treated prior to disposal. BOGE CC-2 oil-water separators operate with different filter stages, in which coated polypropylene fibres as well as charcoal are used. A residual oil content of < 10 ppm is therefore reliably achieved at the outlet, and this applies for all compressor oils – even for the fully synthetic oils that are standard nowadays.

BOGE PressureSafe

Pressure maintenance system with a secure network for constant air quality

    • SAFE OPERATION
      The BOGE PressureSafe BPS pressure maintaining system ensures that a constant network pressure is built up after compressor resting periods. This prevents “over running” of the treatment components and ensures a long service life.
    • CONSTANT QUALITY
      The BPS system keeps the pressure of the treatment components at a constant level during operation. This ensures that the quality of the compressed air remains constant.

    The BOGE PressureSafe (BPS) pressure maintenance system maintains the pressure in the compressor in the event of an overnight leak, and keeps the treatment components at a minimum level. For this reason, the BPS is installed on the compressor and air treatment components but before the distribution system. The minimum level of the pressure can be customised so that if the pressure falls below the set value, the system will intervene, keeping the pressure constant in the compressor and treatment areas. The treatment components are not “overrun” and thus have a longer life and a constant air quality.
