    Effective solid particle filter: The BOGE FM depth filter removes solid particles down to 0.01 microns with a collection efficiency of 99.9999% from compressed air or pressurised nitrogen gas. Highly effective microfibre fleeces have a high capacity to absorb dirt, while at the same time providing a consistently low differential pressure. A pleated depth filter increases the filter area by a factor of 4.5 compared with conventional elements. The design of the filter housing and the filter element is optimised to allow the flow to have the lowest possible pressure resistance.

    The BOGE F..FA filter removes oil vapours and odours reliably from pre-dried compressed air or pressurised nitrogen gas. This is done by a surface-active adsorption of oil vapour in the upstream M-filter stage. The design of the filter housing and the filter element are optimised to allow the lowest possible differential pressure, reducing the cost of operating with high separation efficiency. Highly effective microfibre fleeces ensure a high dirt holding capacity.

    The DAV Series heat-regenerative adsorption dryer ensures dry air with a pressure dew point of -40°C or alternatively of -70°C. This is necessary, for example, in the electronics and food industries, but also in breweries, pharmacies or in frost-prone areas. In heat-regenerative adsorption dryers, almost no compressed air is lost through regeneration and re-cooling, as it is regenerated externally with the heated forced air passing through the desiccant. In this way, the BOGE DAV Series adsorption dryer is both energy-efficient and reliable.

    Extremely dry air with the DAZ series adsorption dryers: Sometimes extremely dry air (i.e. lower than pressure dew point) is required, for example when control or process air applications are used in the food and beverage industries, as well as in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. This is made possible with an adsorption dryer with a pressure dew point of -40°C (-70°C optional).
