Fruit, vegetables and ready meals

Fruit, vegetables and ready meals have to be processed fresh and then preserved. For this, a protective nitrogen atmosphere is created using oil-free compressed air. A high level of oil-free compressed air is particularly important to ensure that during peeling and preparing, no oil residue from the air comes into contact with the food. In the processing of fruits, vegetables and ready meals, oily air would not only endanger the quality of products but also the health of consumers.
